Hello! I am Holly Martin, a veterinary technician with a passion for art. I do my best to capture the unique spirit of our beloved animals through my drawings and paintings.
My journey as an artist has been deeply intertwined with my career as veterinary surgical technician. I have had the privilege of being side by side with animals for over 20 years and witnessing their incredible personalities and sweet faces.
I am a native of North Carolina. I am proud of my roots and my southern charm! I now share my life with my wonderful Minnesotan husband and our two amazing kids. We have 3 dogs and a cat and I think all the babies that I take care of are feral. I am a stay at home mom, veterinary technician, and artist. Painting is how I am able to spend time with my kids and I am pursuing it now more than ever.
Before diving into the world of veterinary care, I served as a Hospital Corpsman in the U.S. Navy, where I developed a strong foundation in compassion and service. Once my service was complete I shifted gears and became a veterinary surgical tech. My heart truly lies in taking care of animals but also bringing them to life through my art. I have not had any formal artistic training beyond grade school, but I am eager to expand my creative skills and connect with veterinary hospitals and pet owners who share my love for animals. My goal is to create memorable pieces of art that you and your loved ones can cherish forever, and hopefully make my way into a few veterinary hospitals along the way.
